Everything goes here: support, billing, refunds, privacy and deletion requests, security reports, partnerships and press. We answer within one business day, usually sooner.

There is no phone line. We would rather answer properly in writing than badly on a call, and a written answer is one you can forward to your underwriter.

What to include

None of this is required. It is just what makes the first reply useful instead of a question back.

  • The email address on your account, if you have one
  • The production title, if it is about a specific determination or packet
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • The determination hash or packet number, both printed on the packet

Specific things

Cancelling or a refund. You can cancel yourself from Billing without emailing anyone. For a refund, email us — the terms are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

A charge you do not recognise. It will appear under DNS Ventures LLC or Dodo Payments, who are our merchant of record. Email us before raising a chargeback; we can resolve it far faster than your bank can.

You were asked to sign something. If a production sent you a ClearFrame document and you have questions about it, ask them — it is their document and their production. If you want to know what we hold about you, we will tell you. See the Privacy Policy.

A regulation entry looks wrong. Tell us, and cite what you are looking at. Corrections to the regulation tracker get priority over almost everything else, because a wrong citation is worse than no citation.

A security problem. Email us with enough detail to reproduce it. We will not threaten you for reporting something in good faith.
